By exchange notice of 11 March 2016 it was announced that Mols-Linien A/S at the company’s request would be deleted from trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The last day of trading of the Mols-Linien A/S shares was set to 21 April 2016.
The Company Appeals Board is considering a complaint regarding Nasdaq Copenhagen’s acceptance of the company’s request for removal from trading and official listing and has given the complaint a suspensive effect for the deletion.
The deletion of Mols-Linien A/S is therefore suspended until further notice.
