SalMar - Annual report 2015

The Board of Directors of SalMar ASA approved the company's financial statements for 2015 on the 14th of April 2016. The approved financial statements do not contain any material changes from the preliminary 2015 results presented in the fourth quarter report. Please find the company's annual report for 2015 enclosed.

In addition, the company's sustainability report for 2015 is enclosed.

SalMar ASA will hold its annual general meeting on Tuesday 7 June at the company's headquarters at Frøya. The notice of, and agenda for, the meeting will be distributed to the shareholders no later than three weeks prior to the meeting.
