HOUMA, LA--(Marketwired - May 2, 2016) -  Dynamic Retail Solutions, Inc., a national sales and advertising company recently celebrated the completion of their first year in South Louisiana with a record breaking first quarter. DRS announced a 300% increase in sales revenue from the first quarter of 2015 to the first quarter in 2016. Market Manager Chris Robinson spoke about the big first quarter saying it outperformed projections. "We always expect to grow profits from year to year but a 300% increase is a quite unprecedented."

Robinson said he attributed the growth to the company to expanding into 6 locations instead of the original expectation of 4 to 5 locations. He remarked, "When we first decided to open an office in South Louisiana we had some modest expectations, especially considering the downturn in the oil and gas industry that is such a large part of the South Louisiana economy. But we believe it is a great sign that we have still thrived while other businesses in the area shrunk their work force we were able to hire to some really great people."

Site Supervisor Charles Lodrigue, one of those new hires, also spoke about the rapid growth. "Our sales strategy makes it very easy for our team to identify and bring in the best potential customers, and we have all the tools necessary to make the buying process easy for each of our customers."

DRS, is now turning their focus to the second quarter and looking to continue their growth in the area. "We are very excited because we have three or four people on the team who are doing very well right now," Robinson continued. "We are focusing on growing the company's footprint in South Louisiana quite a bit this quarter as we hire some new people and start our summer internships for college students."

Dynamic Retail Solutions does paid summer internships every year to help college students get much needed experience and coaching in sales, market research and logistics.

In addition to working with interns at the company, Market Manager, Robinson, also spends extra time assisting entry-level employees who are looking to move into management positions. DRS has multiple professional development initiatives and promotes entirely from within the company. The company invests thousands into employee development seminars in order to provide opportunities to excel and grow. Lodrigue recently expressed his excitement about company networking opportunities. He recently flew to Dallas to meet with some of the companies national marketing directors, and stated that it gave him the chance to "learn from their experiences." A student mentality is definitely something that managers at Dynamic Retail Solutions have used to facilitate the growth and expansion they have seen in the first quarter.

Dynamic has announced that it will be taking on additional retail partners throughout Houma, Thibodaux, Morgan City, Galliano and Raceland. The company will be looking for candidates from all these cities and surrounding areas as they expand into new locations.
