Determine Names Rose Lee Chief Customer Officer

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwired - May 3, 2016) -  Determine, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTRM), a leading global provider of SaaS Source to Pay and Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (ECLM) solutions, including cloud-based strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procure-to-pay applications, announced today the promotion of Rose Lee to the position of Chief Customer Officer for the newly re-branded Determine Inc. In this new role, Ms. Lee will be responsible for Determine's brand, global customer service, lead generation, marketing communications, as well as public relations and marketing research.

Rose brings over 25 years of experience in corporate brand marketing, product marketing, sales, online acquisition, customer lifecycle management, customer service and product management for a broad range of companies, including MCI Telecommunications, Sprint/Nextel, Youbet.com, and Vistage International. Previously Rose was Determine's Senior Vice President of Marketing, responsible for global lead generation, branding and overall communications.

With over two decades of diversified experience with Fortune 100 companies, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to being appointed Chief Customer officer Rose was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Determine. Prior to Determine she was the Director or International Marketing for Vistage International. Before Vistage, Rose was the Vice President of Acquisition and Customer Marketing for Youbet.com. Rose has successfully delivered on market and customer needs in sales, brand management, marketing segmentation, and product management for a broad range of other companies, including MCI Telecommunications, Sprint/Nextel. Rose graduated from San Diego State University in San Diego, CA with a degree in Marketing.
