WASHINGTON, DC --(Marketwired - May 05, 2016) - Verified Vendor Specialty Transport Solutions International (STSI) has officially become registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and is currently active to accept government contracts, thanks to US Federal Contractor Registration.

STSI offers supply-chain solutions for shipping high-value, delicate, and/or urgent items worldwide. It has extensive experience shipping data and computer devices, medical and laboratory equipment, semiconductor equipment, artwork, and rigging, and also with handling a complete relocation.

It also provides transport services, prepares shipments for transport, and can meet even the most delicate and rigorous delivery and installation requirements.

STSI, which has been in business for 11 years, is able to provide services to clients worldwide.

"We pride ourselves on how we focus on shipping items that require a high attention to detail, shipment preparation, specialized loading requirements, transit protection, and/or specialized delivery," said Government Liaison Steve Zeiger. "We tailor our services to each of our client's needs, pride ourselves on our ability to successfully and quickly ship even the most challenging types of shipments and projects -- even projects that need installation and/or other types of special handling, and work to meet even the tightest of schedules."

It already has received a contract from the Military Sealift Command to rig and transport four Caterpillar D399 engines, and are open to shipping, logistics, and/or transportation contracts, regardless of place of performance or end delivery location.

"Watching clients like STSI succeed proves what I always say -- contracts are available no matter your business, as long as you know where to look and meet your obligations," said Eric Knellinger, president of US Federal Contractor Registration, which specializes in assisting small businesses like STSI become properly registered and prepared for the federal marketplace. "I'm beyond excited to see what STSI does next."

Zeiger, when asked about working with US Federal Contractor Registration, singled out his acquisition specialist, Robert Renzella, for "setting the platform for me to follow, being available when I needed him, answering my questions, and coaching me throughout the process."

Zeiger added: "Robert's insight and guidance were invaluable, as was his help locating contract opportunities. In two months, I found seven contracts on which to bid, and I know I wouldn't have done that without Robert's help. Together, we made the impossible, possible."

US Federal Contractor Registration is the world's largest third-party government registration firm. It helps businesses complete their System for Award Management (SAM) Registration, which is required if interested in bidding on and working on government contracts. USFCR also helps companies succeed as federal contractors, such as by putting businesses in touch with top vendors in their industry, enrolling them in the Simplified Acquisition program, and helping them develop and rollout their brand.
