(OTC PINK: PNOW), parent Company of the Central American-Caribbean online travel Agency (OTA) Oveedia (, announced today, that in the upcoming days, the Company shall make its fourth and final payment in the Debt Repurchase Program, strengthening the Company's current capitalization structure and furthering its debt reduction initiative.

Management strongly believes that the Company is on track to quickly build an online travel database hosting Central America's premier and underserved properties. This would position Oveedia as a value-added opportunity to any major online travel operator (i.e. Priceline, Expedia, etc.).
