SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - May 06, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announces today that McKenzie Tolliver joined the company as a regional property manager. Drawing from eight years of industry experience, she will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of a conventional and tax credit portfolio totaling more than 1,200 apartment homes in the Tacoma region. Tolliver reports to Tina Christiansen, vice president.

Tolliver previously worked with Pinnacle in 2012 completing high-end lease-ups before transitioning to tax credit communities. She left the company to become an asset manager with GMD Development and presided over Section 8, Section 236, LIHTC, and Rural Development properties in Montana, Alaska and Washington. Tolliver started her career with Montana-based Real Estate Management Specialists where she began developing her skill set.
Tolliver is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and holds a Washington State Broker's License. She is also trained in Spectrum C3P Tax Credit, Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), is a Spectrum Training Award Recipient in Rural Development (STAR RD), and Certified Professional Occupancy- HUD (CPO). A graduate of Washington State University, Tolliver was a collegiate scholarship athlete in swimming and currently plays football for the Seattle Majestics.
