SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 9, 2016) - LEWIS, the global communications agency, announced two new positions to advance its integrated model as a full-service communications agency.

Andy Murphy has been named Head of US PR. A former journalist with expertise in brand strategy and storytelling, Andy was cofounder and principal of Boston-based agency Davies Murphy Group (DMG) for over 15 years. DMG was acquired by LEWIS in 2013 and fully assimilated into the company in December 2015. As Head of US PR, Andy will oversee PR coordination across LEWIS' four US offices while strengthening integration with its digital division, LEWIS Pulse, research practice and marketing services team.

Michael Brito, who recently joined as SVP of LEWIS Pulse US, will expand his remit to SVP San Francisco. He will be responsible for leading both digital marketing and PR divisions at the US headquarters, emphasizing integrated marketing programs for new and existing clients. Michael brings expertise in digital strategy and his large agency experience make him suited to lead in this multifunctional role.

"Our agency approach continues to evolve following the expansion of LEWIS Pulse and with the integration of marketing services," stated Morgan McLintic, EVP LEWIS US. "Andy and Michael have the backgrounds and experience to advance our methodologies, merge best practices and solve problems for clients."

Following investments and significant growth in digital, research and advertising services, LEWIS now supports clients through the entire marketing process from lead to close.
