Company announcement no. 44, 2016 – Auctions of covered mortgage bonds in Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab.

The refinancing of “Kort rente” (CITA-based) and CIBOR-based loans as per 1 July
2016 will be effected by electronic auctions arranged by Nordea Bank Danmark on
behalf of Nordea Kredit.
The dates of the auctions and the terms and conditions were published in company
announcement No. 41 to the NASDAQ Copenhagen on 25 April 2016.
The auctions will take place Tuesday 24 May and Wednesday 25 May 2016.
The auctions will open daily at 09:00 a.m. and close at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30
a.m., respectively with allocation of accepted bids at 10:40 a.m. and 11:40
a.m., respectively.
The auctions of individual ISIN-codes will take place according to the timetable
on the following page (PDF).
Investors are offered the option of delivery of the bonds purchased at the
action with spot settlement provided that the investors deliver Nordea Kredit
bonds maturing 1 July 2016. Investors who wish to make use of this option should
contact Peter Brag or Finn Nicolaisen on the auction day before 13.00 p.m.
