(OTC: RSII), a company focused in undervalued opportunities in entertainment, media and hospitality, announces today that fully owned subsidiary TomCat Films and its prestige label SummerHill Films is opening shop at Marché du Film / Cannes tomorrow on behalf of the company and its shareholders.

Fueled by its recent acquisition by Rising India, Inc., TomCat Films and its sister label, Summer Hill Films will be making a big splash on the Côte d'Azur with a powerful line up of new and exciting completed feature films.

Company President, Ted Chalmers will be on hand to meet with prospective film buyers and the event shall mark his 21^st visit to the Marche du Cannes. "This is always a very big week for the Company. I am so excited to be back in Cannes again post-acquisition and with our most powerful slate of films to date," says Chalmers.

The company's new lineup on the Summer Hill side includes: Abby Singer/Songwriter from director and actor Onur Tukel of "Summer of Blood" and "Applesauce" fame. The film also stars anti-folk cult rocker, Jamie Block. Tukel's previous two movies have been extremely well reviewed and successful in the festival circuit and have played theatrically and on all major platforms and television outlets. This comedy focuses on an ex-rocker trying to make a comeback by making music videos with a director who is totally out of his mind, or so it seems.

Mouthpiece is an urban Hangover meets Entourage and stars LaMonica Garrett from TNT's The Last Ship and the upcoming ABC show, Designated Survivor with Kiefer Sutherland.

Other offerings include the romantic drama, Love Meet Hope starring Ed Asner. All in Time a fantasy love story about star crossed lovers and time travel. Chelsea a comedy about finding the right roommate in L.A. Happy Log a Tom Sawyer/Huck Finn type of adventure for kids and adults.

Roman Bickerstaff: The Rise and Fall of an R.A., is a National Lampoon style comedy set on a fictional college campus about a hilariously over-zealous dormitory Resident Advisor.

True Face is a sexual odyssey by one woman exploring herself in a world of adult night clubs and cabarets.

The TomCat label's new line-up includes the mockbusters, INDEPENDENCE WARS: INSURGENCE; the sexy horror comedy, PARAMEDICS about a pair of crazed paramedics selling body parts on the black market and their manipulative female hostage. HARBINGER, an award winning horror fantasy that deals with the serious environmental issue of fracking; GENESIS: FALL OF THE CRIME EMPIRE is a sci-fi action film.
