Bentley's Pet Stuff, Along With Entrepreneur Marcus Lemonis, Plans Major Entry Into St. Louis, Missouri Market

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL--(Marketwired - May 12, 2016) - Bentley's Pet Stuff, a family-owned, multi-unit healthy pet foods retailer founded by Lisa and Giovanni Senafe, along with entrepreneur Marcus Lemonis, host of CNBC's reality series, The Profit, announced plans today for a major expansion into the St. Louis market. The retailer has been a fixture in the Chicago market since 2008 and currently operates 19 stores in the Chicagoland area, with several locations under renovations in the Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Denver markets after recent acquisitions.

"Our commitment to excellent customer service, health and wellness of cats and dogs is unlike anything in the market to date," said Marcus Lemonis, Bentley's Pet Stuff Business Partner. "When researching new markets for our expansion, the St. Louis community was a high priority because we wanted to give pet owners and their four-legged friends a unique experience at a good value. The fabulous response we've received in regards to our Midwest expansions have only reaffirmed our enthusiasm for this dynamic concept."

Bentley's Pet Stuff sells natural food, pet care essentials, toys, grooming products and treats for their four-legged friends. The company focuses on the three critical elements in caring for pets: to nourish, energize and reward. Specialty pet food brands such as Fromm, Orijen, Zignature, Honest Kitchen and Stella & Chewy's can be obtained from all Bentley's Pet Stuff locations. In addition, seasonal products and holiday gift items are available for purchase throughout the year.

Bentley's Pet Stuff plans to open eight new construction St. Louis area stores in 2016 in communities such as Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Olivette, Wentzville, Kirkwood and Brentwood, with several additional neighborhoods identified in the St. Charles area currently in discussion. Lemonis continued, "We feel it is a very strong market for us that could have the potential of 15-20 stores by end of 2017, along with expansion into the Kansas City market."
