Notification of major shareholding
Today, the following shareholders have notified Scandinavian Private Equity A/S that their respective share of the company's share capital and voting rights has changed.
- Henrik Lind has purchased 5,015 shares in Scandinavian Private Equity A/S through Lind Invest ApS.
Following the transaction, Henrik Lind owns a total of 12,343 shares, equal to 28.38% of the share capital and voting rights, of which Lind Invest ApS owns 11,094 shares, equal to 25.51% of the share capital and voting rights.
- Jyske Bank A/S has sold their total holding of 5,015 shares in Scandinavian Private Equity A/S, equal to 11.53% of the share capital and voting rights.
Following the transaction, Jyske Bank owns 0% of the share capital and voting rights.
