Hygea VCT Plc (LSE: HYG) announces that it was informed today that Richard Roth, Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 50 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 48 p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase described above, Mr Roth is beneficially interested in 209,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
