DEERFIELD, IL--(Marketwired - June 06, 2016) - Advanced Clinical welcomes two new members to the Clinical Operations leadership team through the appointment of Cheryle Evans to Senior Vice President, Clinical and Medical Operations and the addition of Sheri Madrid as Executive Director, Clinical Operations.

She has been instrumental in building and expanding Clinical Operations teams into new geographies as well as executing monitoring strategies worldwide. Ms. Evans is an experienced forerunner in clinical operations, clinical research and drug development industry across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Her ability to provide strategic leadership and support to clients, as well as answer complex business challenges using her global experience has been instrumental to the rapid growth of Advanced Clinical. Cheryle's extensive scope of responsibilities will include leading the Advanced Clinical CRO and its operations.

Ms. Madrid is skilled executive with strong management skills in clinical operations with a successful track record developing drugs and devices across all study phases. Her therapeutic background is in epilepsy, infectious disease, gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurovascular, hypertension, and diabetes. Her experience includes supporting clients of varying sizes to meet deliverables, advancing clinical programs to approval, growing project teams and developing strategic services to sponsors of all sizes. In her role, Sheri will oversee Project Management and Clinical Monitoring.

Ms. Madrid is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She resides in southern California and is fluent in Spanish.
