The agreement leverages the strengths of both companies in order to enhance client pharmaceutical development programs. Averica provides specialized expertise in impurity isolation, small molecule analysis and purification. Dalton is a full service contract provider with a strong focus on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development and cGMP manufacturing. Averica's capabilities will expand Dalton's capacity and allow faster validation of assay, impurities, and release testing methods.
