The first webinar in the program, being held June 22, will focus on mobile device forensics.

As mobile device technology usage continues to expand exponentially, so must legal practitioners' understanding and compliance for multiple types of mobile devices. Citing recent case law where applicable, Polus focuses on mobile devices beyond just cell phones and will discuss how legal teams must understand the details, differences and processes involving these. Registered attendees of the webinar will be provided basic how-to instruction for conducting mobile forensic collections and productions, including a questionnaire.
