CHARLESTON, SC--(Marketwired - June 09, 2016) - SIB Lighting, a Charleston-based national LED lighting advisory company, announced today that it has signed two new contracts with Charleston-area condominiums to upgrade their common and parking area lighting infrastructure to new energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures.

SIB Lighting has performed similar conversions for a large number of condominiums along the East Coast, and is now implementing these successful strategies in the Charleston market. Technological advancements in recent years have resulted in compelling economics for many commercial customers to convert to LED lighting. These upgrades provide a variety of benefits, both in terms of cost savings and energy efficiency. For condominiums specifically, LED lighting significantly reduces energy and maintenance costs, while improving the safety and appearance of common areas and parking lots.
