Talent Board Builds Strong Momentum for North American Candidate Experience Awards

With 2016 Program the Biggest to Date, Organization Announces Details of 2016 Candidate Experience Awards Gala


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 9, 2016) - Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, today announced that it will hold its 2016 Candidate Experience Awards Gala on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas, taking place in conjunction with LRP's 2016 Recruiting Trends Conference. The organization also shared details of its continued growth and momentum as it helps more companies gain insight into how candidates view their recruiting practices and what they can do to improve the candidate experience.

In addition to honoring the 2016 CandE Award winners during the Recruiting Trends Conference, Talent Board is joining forces with Recruiting Trends on content. Talent Board will deliver the conference's Candidate Experience track. This includes an engaging lineup of sessions designed to help attendees enhance the candidate experience, as presented by companies recognized for their exceptional recruiting practices, including AT&T, Capital One, Delta Air Lines, SWIFT, T-Mobile, and other CandE Award winners.

Now in its sixth year, the North American CandE Awards program has grown considerably since its launch in 2010. The 2015 program achieving record-breaking participation, with more than 200 participating companies and over 130,000 candidates sharing their experiences as candidates. The 2016 program is on course to surpass this level of participation, with even more companies participating and candidates eager to have their voices heard.

Talent Board has also achieved success with its Candidate Experience Workshops, designed to help companies improve their recruiting practices and deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience. Through these complimentary, half-day workshops, previous CandE Award winners shared their recruiting best practices. Workshop attendees also benefited from peer interaction and table discussions on how to elevate the candidate experience and an overview of the CandE Awards program.
