Pasqualino Russo Named Partner, Focuses on a Broad Range of Transportation Matters


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 9, 2016) - Windels Marx LLP recently announced the promotion of Pasqualino "Pat" Russo to partner in its New York office.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Pat has represented and counselled a diverse array of clients in the areas of ground transportation regulation and licensing, compliance, regulatory reforms, accessibility, medallion market valuation, corporate investigations, litigation, employment matters, tax matters, due diligence, and government procurement. In his new role, Pat will continue his representation of transportation clients, and expand his work in the areas of due diligence, compliance and corporate investigations.

Russo joined Windels after 15 years of public service in New York. During his expansive legal career, Russo worked as Inspector General for the NYC Department of Investigation, responsible for overseeing more than 22,000 employees, hundreds of for-profit and non-profit vendors, and an annual budget of $13 billion. Russo also held notable tenures at the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission and the New York State Office of the Welfare Inspector General.

He is treasurer of the Association of Inspectors General. Russo is admitted in New York and New Jersey. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Brooklyn College.
