SOTKAMO SILVER AB: UNIT RIGHT OF THE RIGHT ISSUE
The unit right of the rights issue of units of Sotkamo Silver AB
will be traded as of 15 June 2016.
Shareholders in the Company have a pre-emptive right to subscribe for
one (1) unit consisting of four (4) shares and one (1) warrant of
series 2016/2017, for each shares held on the record-date June 9th
2016. The subscription price for each Unit is 9 SEK (corresponding to 2,25
SEK for each new share).Price for each subscribed unit is 0.98 EUR
(corresponding to 0.245 EUR per share). The Warrant gives the right
so subscribe for one (1) share at 4 SEK in August 2017.

SOTKAMO SILVER AB: YKSIKÖN MERKINTÄOIKEUS
Sotkamo Silver AB:n yksikön merkintäoikeus otetaan kaupankäynnin
kohteeksi 15.6.2016 alkaen.
Yhtiön osakkeenomistajilla on etuoikeus jokaista täsmäytyspäivänä 9.
kesäkuuta 2016 omistamaansa osaketta kohden merkitä yksi (1)
merkintäyksikkö (unit), joka koostuu neljästä (4) osakkeesta sekä
yhdestä (1) vastikkeettomasta sarjan 2016/2017 merkintäoptiosta.
Merkintäkurssi on 9 kruunua merkintäyksikköä (unit) kohti, mikä
tarkoittaa 2,25 kruunua osaketta kohti. Merkintäoikeuksilla merkintähinta
on 0,98 EUR yksikköä kohti. Tämä vastaa kurssia 0,245 EUR/osake.
Merkintäoptio antaa oikeuden merkitä yhden osakkeen 4 kruunulla
elokuussa 2017.
