HANZA expands in Central Europe

HANZA Holding AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North, is expanding its
manufacturing cluster in Central Europe. HANZA’s operations in the Czech
Republic is expanded with 1,500 sqm and an agreement of strategic cooperation
has been signed with Rayservice – a premium Czech manufacturer. This also means
a further commitment from HANZA to high-demanding customers in the Aerospace &
Defense industry.

HANZA. “Our manufacturing cluster ‘Center of Europe’ is growing rapidly, as it
is close to the major end markets of Europe. In addition it is an important
landing site for our manufacturing solutions. Therefore, we are conducting a
strategic move that includes a business partnership with a leading industry
colleague; Rayservice."

Rayservice is a well-reputed specialist manufacturer with about 200 employees,
located near to the HANZA’s cluster Center of Europe. Rayservice is known for
being a premium supplier to customers with high quality standards, such as
Boeing and the Czech Army.

our offering and thus our competitiveness."

Moreover, the strategic cooperation is a step further towards the rapidly
growing Aerospace & Defense sector (aeronautics, space, defense and security).

To accommodate additional operations from major customers, HANZA has also
launched an expansion of the existing factory in Kunovice, Czech Republic. In a
first step, the current premises of 5000 sqm will be expanded with a further 1
500 sqm. The new part of the plant is estimated to be ready shortly after the
summer, when more machinery and equipment will be installed.
