With this U.S. acquisition, Brookfield GIS continues to execute on its strategy to create a leading technically-focused real estate and facilities management services provider across the globe. Further, as part of the transaction, McKinstry FMS's parent company, McKinstry, will take a minority stake in Brookfield GIS's U.S. operations and be a value added partner to Brookfield GIS with its deep design/build technical expertise.
