Moya Living Launches New Line of Steel Furniture for the Kitchen Industry

Made in the U.S.A., "The Concept Series" by Moya Living Introduces Modern, Modular, and Modifiable Cabinetry and Furniture That Are Sustainable, Durable and Non-Toxic

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 28, 2016) - Moya Living, designer and manufacturer of luxury steel cabinetry and furniture for kitchen and home, today announced the launch of its new line of modular, modifiable steel furniture. "The Concept Series" by Moya Living is inspired by the functionality of modular European kitchen pieces, blending beauty and function to create seamless designs and with the benefit of being made in the U.S.A.

"The Cart" by Moya Living is the first piece in the line and is available in lengths ranging from 36 to 72 inches. Available in virtually any color and a variety of finishes, the "The Cart" includes a powder coated towel rack, convenient drawer with inserts that can be tailored to fit specific size and function, and is paired with a butcher block top.

Steel: Sustainable, Sterile, Strong
The use of steel enables greater sustainability, durability, and contributes to a non-toxic and hypo-allergenic environment. Steel cabinetry is more resistant to moisture, ultraviolet light, and heat than wood and lacquered products, preventing exposure to formaldehyde, allergens, and pests. Furthermore, steel can be recycled continually with no degradation in performance.

"The Concept Series" is constructed from 18-gauge steel with powder-coated finishing, a superior finishing process to liquid coated steel. Powder-coating steel reduces the risk of scratching, chipping, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues.

"Because the kitchen is the most used space in a home, homeowners, architect and designers are constantly looking for ways to marry function and beauty, and this is the inspiration behind 'The Concept Series' by Moya Living," said Moya O'Neill, artist, designer and founder of Moya Living. "Moya Living unities function with expert craftsmanship and innovative designs that are enduring -- both in their unmatched durability and timeless aesthetic."

Additional pieces from the line are "The Co-Op" and "The System" and are both interchangeable Kitchen cabinetry furniture pieces and are slated for released throughout 2016. "The Cart" is available now through www.moyaliving.com and at South Coast Collection (SOCO) via Ke Design Studios.
