WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - July 6, 2016) - Department of Canadian Heritage
Randy Boissonnault, Member of Parliament (Edmonton Centre) and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, on behalf of the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, announced support for several Francophone organizations in Manitoba.
Funding will enable these organizations to continue their important work in fostering and nurturing official languages in minority communities and showcasing their arts and culture.
Mr. Boissonnault was in Winnipeg as part of the Cross-Canada Official Languages Consultations.
