American Cannabis Company Announces New Consulting Service Client in the State of California

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Jul 6, 2016) - American Cannabis Company, Inc. (OTCQB: AMMJ) (the "Company"), a full-service business-to-business consulting solutions provider, and seller of ancillary products to the cannabis industry, today announced it has secured a consulting contract in State of California. This marks the company's first client in the state of California, bringing their current market reach to 17 states as well as Canada and Guam.

The contract focuses on ACC's business planning and application services to support their client's effort to secure a license under California's Medical Marijuana Safety and Regulation Act. ACC expects to leverage this contract to secure additional revenues through long-term consulting agreements, potential sales of ancillary products and services to aid cultivation as well as dispensary operations.
