The South Louisiana office, based in Houma, recently surpassed larger markets such as New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Shreveport for the highest sales figures for any office in the state. This unprecedented growth is enabling the office to take on more clients as they further advance and build a bigger footprint in the South Louisiana Territory.

District Manager C.J. Robinson said that although the office had some big goals in sight he did not foresee the growth coming this quickly. He asserted, "I just got here at the beginning of 2015, after running our East Texas office for three years. Some people thought because we weren't in a major metropolitan area we wouldn't be able to compete with the larger cities. I am happy to say we are proving them wrong."

Although Robinson says he has worked hard to help the South Louisiana office be successful, he contributes most of the success to the rest of the office, stating, "Our leadership core is fantastic! We have a great group of people who are very dedicated and also very talented." Leaders, like the newly promoted Joel Picolo, are demonstrating their drive to see Dynamic Retail Solutions succeed through their relentless effort to put clients, customers, and other team members at DRS first.

Robinson specifically pointed out three members of the DRS team that have really stood out recently. "Nell Milford, Allen Fitch and Michael Davis have all done great individual work but they also collaborate very well together. These three have really made a big impact our efforts to expand and have also helped train some of our more inexperience team members." Like Robinson, these individuals have found their success at Dynamic Retail Solutions by leading from the front and setting a positive example for building relationships with clients' valued customers.

As the third quarter begins, the office is planning on taking on a couple more campaigns by the end of 2016. The office has thus far focused on the wholesale, electronics and communications industry, but Robinson says the office is preparing to add new clientele in other areas and expand the office. Robinson expressed his surprise and excitement for the company's rapid expansion this year, stating, "We initially expected the growth in South Louisiana to take a couple years but thanks to the hard work of our team we have substantially outperformed expectations."
