EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ--(Marketwired - July 07, 2016) - The Alpine Group, Inc. ("Alpine") announced today that it will make a distribution to shareholders of $0.18 per share pursuant to the Company's Plan of Liquidation adopted in 2013. This distribution is anticipated to be made on or about July 15, 2016. Based on current information the Company expects to make a further distribution in early 2017.
