ShotTracker Announces 2nd Annual Free Klay Thompson Virtual Basketball Camp, Letting Ballers 'Play Like Klay'

Basketball Tech Company Turns the Off-Season 'On' With Free 2016 Klay Thompson Virtual Camp Beginning July 10

OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwired - Jul 8, 2016) - ShotTracker, the manufacturer of wearable tech for basketball, today announces its 2nd annual free virtual basketball camp with NBA shooting guard, Klay Thompson. With two weeks of Klay's favorite workouts and shooting drills, this camp is set to be the most intense program ShotTracker has ever offered. To kick-off the two-week camp taking place July 10 - July 24, Thompson is hosting a live Google Hangout (www.shottracker.com/hangout) on Sunday, July 10 at 8:00pm EDT, where he'll answer camp participant questions.

"We're excited to kick off this program with Klay," said Davyeon Ross, co-founder and COO of ShotTracker. "He's clearly one of the very best shooters in the league, but what some people don't know, is that he's also one of the hardest workers. It's an honor for us to bring his insight to the ShotTracker community."

The virtual basketball camp uses ShotTracker's advanced technology to bring a live, elite camp experience to players everywhere, free of charge. Workouts, developed by Thompson and his Skills Development Coach, Charlie Torres, are sent to participants via the ShotTracker Player App. Players complete the workouts, track their position on the live leaderboard and have the chance to win signed gear when they perform well.

"No matter what kind of season you have, the off season should be about focusing on your opportunities," said Klay Thompson. "ShotTracker lets me easily capture my shooting stats, so I can identify areas I need to focus on. You've got to put in the hours, no matter the level you're playing at, and this camp is a fun way to do that while competing with players everywhere."

For more information on the free Klay Thompson Virtual Basketball Camp, visit www.ShotTracker.com, or sign up using the ShotTracker app. Participation is free, but requires a ShotTracker. For a limited time, devices are available for $99 (usually $149) by using the code "OFFSEASON" at checkout.
