The Board of Oxford Technology 3 VCT PLC gives notice that the resolutions put forward at the AGM on Friday 8th July were passed as per the following:
Resolutions 1, 3, 5 and 6 unanimously.
Resolutions 2, 4, 7 and 9 by majority.
Resolution 8 was withdrawn pending further consultation with shareholders.
