WESTBURY, NY--(Marketwired - July 11, 2016) - Whether a technician is erasing one EPROM chip or many, Spectroline's PC-10020-LT UV EPROM/Wafer Erasing System "super-capacity" ensures the highest UV intensity, fastest erasing time and improved safety features.

The PC-10020-LT features ten short-wave UV (254 nm), ozone-free, quartz grid lamp assemblies mounted on specular aluminum reflectors. These high-intensity grid lamps produce up to four times the throughput of competitive systems. Their nominal initial UV intensity of 70,000 µW/cm² ensures the quickest and most complete erasure of programmed memory -- in as little as 90 seconds.

The cabinet's extra wide and deep drawer capacity ensures easy loading of wafers. The loading drawer can accommodate a removable tray insert that is adjustable to varying heights to maintain the optimum UV exposure distance. It has an extra-large load capacity of 6 -12 in (300 mm), 15 - 8 in (200 mm) or 28 - 6 in (150 mm) wafers. A light tower has red/yellow/green signals that indicate mode status at every stage of system operation.

The PC-10020-LT has a two-piece, modular cabinet design and is ruggedly constructed of anodized aluminum and stainless steel.
