With a corporate practice focused on financing transactions in the energy and mining sectors, Sanjay's vast experience will enhance the firm's Corporate as well as the Securities and Corporate Finance groups.

Sanjay's practice includes both public and private securities offerings for corporations and investment banks as well as public M&A transactions. He also provides advice to public companies regarding international capital markets in addition to general corporate and securities law matters. He has completed several significant securities transactions for mining and investment firms as well as a major Canadian airport authority and hydro-electric corporation.

He was an adjunct professor of law at the Faculty of Law, Queen's University for several years where he taught Advanced Securities Law. Sanjay is actively involved in the Toronto business community.
