Pinnacle Hires Raymond Van Beveren as Senior Vice President

Atlanta-Based Multifamily Expert to Lead Construction and Facility Services


ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - July 15, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announces the strategic hire of Raymond Van Beveren to oversee the construction management, development services, maintenance and purchasing departments. As a senior vice president, he will provide leadership and technical support to team members and associated programs across the entire Pinnacle portfolio. Based in Atlanta, Van Beveren reports to Larry Goodman, chief operating officer.

Van Beveren comes to Pinnacle with over 20 years of experience in construction, development, maintenance, and purchasing. He will evaluate the company's structure of these particular departments, identify new methods for enhancing property quality and value, and find ways to provide institutional quality services for Pinnacle's clients.

Most recently an executive vice president with CF Lane, Van Beveren utilized his diverse background in the fields of construction, maintenance and purchasing to improve processes affecting over 40,000 units in the company's portfolio. He successfully rebuilt departments, oversaw extensive capital improvement projects, and implemented a new purchasing platform among other successes. Prior to CF Lane, he was in senior leadership roles at Bell Partners, TVO North America and EPT Management where he oversaw regional teams and large-scale projects for the companies' portfolios.

An active member of the National Apartment Association and an NAA Leadership Lyceum Scholarship recipient, Van Beveren is the current vice chairman of the organization's Operation Committee and has participated on the Next Gen, Global Outreach and Membership Committees since 2014. He also served as chairman of the Maintenance and Construction Operations Subcommittee from 2015 - 2016. A graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Van Beveren was an awarded member of the school's basketball team and went on to play professionally in Holland.
