LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 18, 2016) -  Blow and Drive Interlock Corporation (OTCQB: BDIC), an offender monitoring and police-grade alcohol detection device manufacturing and offender monitoring company, is proud to announce that the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services - Office of Probation and Correctional Alternatives and the NYS Governor's Traffic Safety Committee invited BDIC and only five other Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Companies to attend their annual Ignition Interlock Conference on August 18^th 2016. The recent passing of Leandra's Law (Child Passenger Protection Act) in the State of New York has created a larger demand for interlocks with an estimated New York market of $6 million annually. With our wireless device & superior technology, BDIC can offer free mail-in calibrations, where permitted by law. The state of New York is the second state where Blow & Drive interlock enjoys the privilege of being a preferred vendor with limited competition. The company is a preferred vendor in the State of Kentucky and is one of only five ignition interlock vendors allowed to operate in the entire state.

Blow & Drive Interlock is actively expanding its activity where the company is approved and will be attending vendor conferences in three states over the next four weeks. On Tuesday July 19th the company will be attending a conference with officials from State of Kentucky and we will also be attending a conference with officials from State of Tennessee July 22nd. These conferences will allow Blow & Drive to get better acquainted with the regulatory and competitive framework within each state.

The company has closed 3 new exclusive strategic partnerships with California driving schools whereby these schools will be exclusively referring all of their students who are in their driving programs for DUI offenses to use the BDI 747/1 ignition interlock device. The company anticipates a major rollout of additional exclusive DUI school contracts and other industry partnerships across the country.

The company is still in the process of closing financing which will enable the company to vastly scale production and deployment of its BDI 747/1 ignition interlock device. "The discussions regarding the financing have been going smoothly and we are really just ironing out the language", said Laurence Wainer. "We anticipate closing this financing in a relatively short time frame. Blow & Drive's Arizona distributor is thrilled with the company's progress having already put approximately two-hundred BDI 747/1 ignition interlocks on the road and we are estimating to supply demand for at least 1500 additional units to our AZ distributor over the next twelve-months.  

The companies reoccurring revenue has now reached approximately $20,000 per month and growing.

Once we achieve deployment of our first 1100 BDI 747 units leased and on the road with paying clients, the company will be in a strong financial position and anticipates being able to supply the high demand for its BDI 747 ignition interlock device, with or without financing. This will translate into the company full expanding into the ten states where it is currently approved, receiving approval in an additional 3 states where it has pending regulatory approvals, and pursuing a larger expansion into a total of 37 states where significant ignition interlock legislation currently exists as a part of the company's larger goal of becoming a nationwide criminal offender monitoring company.
