Santa Clara, California and Phoenix, Arizona - July 19, 2016 - Dialog
Semiconductor plc (FWB:DLG), a provider of highly integrated power
management, AC/DC power conversion, solid state lighting (SSL) and
Bluetooth(R) low energy technology, today announced that it has expanded
its current distribution agreement with Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), a leading
global technology distributor, to include the Americas, EMEA, and Japan
regions. Dialog Semiconductor had previously franchised Avnet in China.
Effective immediately, Avnet will distribute Dialog's complete portfolio of
semiconductor standard products worldwide. The expanded agreement will
deepen Dialog's global market penetration of its power-saving standard
products technology portfolio including SmartBond(TM) Bluetooth low energy
SOC's, power management ICs (PMIC) and RapidCharge(TM) AC/DC power
conversion solutions.
