Wendy Kool-Foulon Appointed General Counsel of Tarkett Group

Tarkett announces the appointment of Wendy Kool-Foulon as Group General Counsel, succeeding Stéphanie Couture.
Wendy joins the Executive Management Committee of Tarkett and assumes the role of Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
A 43 year old Franco-Dutch citizen, Wendy is a graduate of the Paris Bar. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Taxation as well as a Master's degree in Management from the Paris Dauphine University.
She began her career working for law firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Salans) and then joined IBM France in 2001 as a tax specialist before being appointed as Responsible for Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions. She then joined Geodis in 2008 where she served as Legal Manager for their Supply Chain Optimization division, prior to joining Tarkett in 2012 as the Legal Director of the EMEA, APAC and LATAM divisions.
