Cashcloud AG: Decision of the General Meeting
Basel, August 7, 2016. The General Meeting of Cashcloud AG (Basel,
Switzerland) has decided to sell the operating business and to change the
name to InFin Innovative Finance AG on August 2nd 2016. A group of
investors took over Cashcloud SA's (Luxembourg) business operations with
the related assets and brings the necessary capital for the planned
expansion.
