“Our mission from the start has been to make the highest quality workout instruction available to anyone at any time, in any location,” remarks Skyfit Founder & CEO, Ethan Agarwal. “Our expansion into the Android market allows us to further deliver on that mission.”

The Android version will contain the following core Skyfit workout programs: outdoor running, treadmill, elliptical, indoor cycling, and 5k and 10k race training. Full and half marathon training and strength programs (currently available for iPhone), will be available in the second release of the Android version later this fall. The Android app will initially feature over 500 classes, with more than 200 new classes added each month that reflect everything from high intensity elliptical workouts to low-impact outdoor jogs, energizing yoga flows, and more. By the end of 2016, Skyfit anticipates having a content library of over 1000 classes.

Android users can customize their Skyfit workout experience through the app’s class filters. By dictating their desired distance, duration, and level of intensity within each class category, they’re able to choose from a selection of workouts that directly align with their fitness goals and needs. Each class combines the motivating guidance of an elite trainer with playlists featuring licensed artists.

Android users can get unlimited access to all Skyfit classes through three membership plans: $9.99/month, $24.99/ 3 month, $69.99/ 12 months. Skyfit for Android is available now on Google Play.
