Media Advisory: Cross-Canada Official Languages Consultations 2016

MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK--(Marketwired - Aug. 15, 2016) - The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will lead a round table in Moncton, New Brunswick on Tuesday, as part of the Cross-Canada Official Languages Consultations 2016. She will be accompanied by the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, and Member of Parliament (Beauséjour). She will also be accompanied by the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Deputy Government Whip and Member of Parliament (Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe).

Media representatives will have an opportunity to take photographs at the beginning of the round table and ask the Minister questions during a press scrum afterwards. Media representatives who wish to attend the consultations may do so as observers. It is also possible to follow live webcasts of the consultations:
