Formerly a regional property manager, Renaud helped grow the company's greater Atlanta area presence by nearly 3,000 units over a two-year period. Based in Atlanta, he reports to Greg Mark, senior vice president of Pinnacle's east coast operations.

Renaud joined Pinnacle in 2014 with a proven ability to maximize asset value in all market conditions and on all asset classes. A results-oriented professional, he leads with common sense and an ownership mentality. For more than 14 years, Renaud has been involved with the management and disposition of over 18,000 multifamily units which included over $30 million in renovation projects. He has managed a range of project types, including condominium, mixed-use, retail and office buildings.

Previously, Renaud oversaw regional multifamily portfolios for CompassRock Real Estate, TriBridge Residential and McKinley. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana in Monroe.
