SANTA CLARA, CA and SHENZHEN, CHINA--(Marketwired - Aug 22, 2016) - Linner Electronics Co., an innovative acoustics technology start-up, today announced its official launch with the establishment of its Silicon Valley and Shenzhen, China co-headquarters. Linner also announced its partnership with leading sensor firm ams AG to integrate its chip technology into Linner's first product -- Active Noise-Cancelling (ANC) earbuds that offer the highest noise reduction across a wider range of frequencies than any mainstream headphones -- as well as other revolutionary products poised to redefine the ANC headset market.

For the first time, regular consumers such as students, commuters, workers, gym goers, nature lovers and more, can have affordable access to sophisticated noise-cancellation earbuds that had previously been accompanied by prohibitive price tags. Linner earbuds, the lightest on the market, are one of the most effective at blocking outside noise thanks to its technology that reduce up to 26dB of sound across a frequency range of 45Hz - 3kHZ, five times that of most consumer headphones on the market. Linner's vision is to build a complete line of headset products for the mass market using their revolutionary ANC technology, including Bluetooth ANC headphones and wireless ANC earbuds.

"The pleasure of listening to crystal-clear sound even in a noisy environment has in the past been enjoyed only by users of high-end headphones. Linner has brought ANC functionality to anyone seeking noise-free listening without fear of breaking their bank," said Bond Zhao, co-founder and chief marketing officer, Linner. "We know that once they experience ANC, they will never go back to the old technology."

Linner earbuds, slated to be launched via Kickstarter in September, provide users with super portable ANC technology that helps people relax, rest and focus better in their everyday activities and challenges, and increase their level of comfort in noisy environments. The earbuds offer high performance sound quality, secure fit, and hearing protection in a lightweight package at an exceptionally affordable price. Unlike other products that use noise-isolating technology that only block background noise to a certain extent, ANC technology blocks out 95% of ambient sounds, giving users an exceptional audio experience/immersive sound experience.

Linner has been working with technical partner Premstaetten, Austria-based ams AG one of the world's leading providers of high performance sensors and analog ICs, to bring the new product to market. The new Linner earbuds are powered by AMS' recently announced high-performance noise-cancellation sensor chip.
