In this role, she draws on more than two decades of high-level finance expertise to lead Salary.com's financial operations and steer the next phase of the company's growth.

As CFO of Salary.com, Huemme leverages a 20-year background holding the CFO position at several high-growth technology companies, including her most recent role as COO and CFO of advanced analytics company Lavastorm. Huemme also served as CFO of Kaseya, where she oversaw all business system functions and led financial and operational reporting, planning and forecasting. She previously held the role of CFO at WebLayers, Inc., managing the company's aggressive revenue growth, instituting corporate governance practices and establishing financial infrastructure. In addition, Huemme was CFO at companies including Ultimus, Inc., Ardence, Inc (later acquired by Citrix Systems), Optical Solutions (acquired by Calix, Inc.), Café Odyssey, Inc. and Rare Hospitality (now part of Darden Restaurants).
In addition to her professional background, Huemme earned a B.A. in economics from Duke University, and an M.B.A. from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Fuqua Scholar.
