Unity Technologies Hires Ruth Ann Keene as General Counsel


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 12, 2016) - Unity Technologies announced that it has hired Ruth Ann Keene as general counsel. She joins from Autodesk where she was vice president and assistant general counsel and assistant secretary.

At Autodesk Keene oversaw worldwide litigation and intellectual property as well as the legal teams for the technical, product, cloud, and marketing groups. As general counsel, Keene will lead the global Unity Technologies legal team and report directly to CEO John Riccitiello.
