Ecology and Environment, Inc. Announces Senior Leadership Changes


LANCASTER, NY--(Marketwired - September 26, 2016) - On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ecology and Environment, Inc. (E & E) (NASDAQ: EEI), Chairman Frank B. Silvestro has announced the following promotions and officer changes:

Nancy J. Aungst was promoted to Senior Vice President, Environmental Services Division. Ms. Aungst has been with E & E for 36 years and has extensive experience in directing major contracts and technically complex environmental impact assessments in the U.S. and around the world. She has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Timothy J. Grady, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Bids and Proposals. In his 29-year career with E & E, Mr. Grady's management roles have encompassed service as director of engineering and project manager for numerous high profile assignments for government and corporate clients. He has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Douglas W. Heatwole, Vice President of Business Development, is retiring from E & E to pursue personal interests and volunteer work in the ministry. Since his promotion to Vice President in 2015, Mr. Heatwole has played a key role in building E & E's growing portfolio of restoration work. In his 26 years with the company he previously served as a regional director for Gulf Coast operations, and managed numerous major projects pertaining to marine ecosystems, coastal zone management, and offshore facilities.
