Aura Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: ORA) is pleased to announce the completion of its rights offering (the "Rights Offering"), which expired at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on September 30, 2016. The Company's shareholders fully exercised rights to acquire 36,346,284 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"). The Common Shares were issued at a price of $0.15 per Common Share for gross proceeds of USD$4,220,000 (CAD$5,451,942).
