Chris Locke, the company's Chief Financial Officer, takes on this newly created position while retaining his current duties. Concentrating responsibility for all integrated operations with the COO provides a critical 360-degree view of business operations, allowing for enhanced support for client solutions teams across all functions. In addition, consistent with HelloWorld's accelerating growth, it will improve resource planning as the organization embraces the principles of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), which has already shortened timelines for solutions development and time-to-market.

More specifically, Locke is now tasked with centralizing functions related to contracting, pricing, scoping, project management, delivery, and tracking client projects. He is responsible for improving collaboration processes at every level and for guiding investment decisions to fuel continued growth. He assumes these duties effective immediately and will maintain his current responsibilities as CFO, a position he has held at HelloWorld for three years.
