STAMFORD, CT--(Marketwired - October 25, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Justin Gaboury joined the company as a New England-based regional property manager. Initially overseeing five properties totaling more than 1,000 units, Gaboury is also tasked with new business development in the northeast region. He will report to Gregory Mark, senior vice president of Pinnacle's East Coast operations.

Gaboury comes to Pinnacle with 17 years of industry experience that includes managing luxury high rise, garden style and lease up assets in key Northeast markets. Recently in a senior property manager role at Greystar, he was responsible for a 374-unit Class A lease-up. Gaboury's emphasis on his team and focus on the resident experience resulted in a 71 percent annual renewal capture ratio at his property. Along with residential experience, he comes to Pinnacle with commercial and mixed-use experience as well.
Gaboury currently holds the President Elect position with the Connecticut Apartment Association and earned his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) Designation in 2014.
