Stowe, Vermont, Nov. 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inntopia, the travel industry’s leading eCommerce and central reservation provider, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ryan Solutions, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) and database marketing provider for the travel industry.

The acquisition brings together two companies with complementary products, shared customers, and most importantly, a similar vision and desire to develop the best technology solutions in the travel industry.

Combining both systems into one fully-integrated platform will provide partners with an integrated commerce, marketing, and business intelligence platform.

“Ryan Solutions’ CRM and lifecycle messaging capabilities truly are a perfect match for our Commerce platform,” says Trevor Crist, CEO and founder of Inntopia. “With both Commerce and CRM now under one roof, existing and future partners will have access to a platform perfectly integrated to help resorts, hotels, and attractions fill more beds, sell more tickets and golf rounds, and do so with the best technology and service available. We’re also very excited by the talent acquisition that is an important part of this deal.”

Corey Ryan, founder of Ryan Solutions, will join the Inntopia executive team as Chief Commercial Officer. Co-founder Ben Zeeb will assume the role of Senior VP, Product Development. Gregg Blanchard, also with Ryan Solutions, will become Director of Marketing for the combined organization.

“Ryan Solutions’ guest profiling, lifecycle messaging, and business intelligence capabilities are a natural fit for the Inntopia platform,” says Corey Ryan. “Merging all facets of our businesses - our software development teams, partner services, strategic account management, sales, and marketing teams will provide us with the means to combine our complementary resources and provide the most innovative products services in the industry.”

The two companies already share roughly half their client base, which includes some of the best-known names in the ski industry, and more recently in golf, and parks and attractions. The acquisition brings Inntopia’s total employee count to over sixty-five. Inntopia will continue to operate out of its headquarters in Stowe, Vermont, with an additional office in Burlington, Vermont, and now Edwards, Colorado, where Ryan Solutions is headquartered.
