TELESTE CORPORATION: CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Mr. Esa Harju (M.Sc. Eng) has been appointed a member of the Management Team of Teleste Corporation as of 1 December 2016, assuming the responsibility for the Video Security and Information Solutions Business Unit. Due to the appointment, he has handed in his resignation from the Board of Directors of Teleste Corporation.
Deputy CEO Mr. Johan Slotte (LL.M., EMBA) will continue as a member of the Management Team, taking over the position of regional director covering all Teleste’s operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). In this position he will support and develop the activities of all Teleste’s business areas in this region. In addition, Johan Slotte will continue to head the corporate business development and legal affairs.
