Rem Offshore ASA's subsidiary Rem Star AS has entered into an agreement to sell the PSV vessel "Rem Star", to an international customer. Delivery of the vessel to new owner will take place shortly.
Following the sale, Rem Star will leave the offshore service vessel market and will be operated within the fishing industry.
