Elematic Oyj receives a waiver from bondholders

Elematic Oyj ("Elematic") has previously in a stock exchange release dated 25 November 2016 announced that it has requested the bondholders' agent to instigate a written procedure on the bondholders' approval of a waiver in respect of the EUR 35,000,000 bonds issued by Elematic (the "Bonds"). Pursuant to such request, the payment of interest under the Bonds falling due for payment on 30 November 2016 is to be waived until 15 December 2016. Elematic has today been informed by the bondholders' agent that the request has been approved and accordingly the waiver granted.
